About Wade R. Moran, CPA

Wade worked with a CPA firm in Jackson, Mississippi, passing the CPA examination in 1994 and obtaining a Mississippi CPA certificate in 1995. Since then, he has gained invaluable experience as an internal bank auditor, an automobile dealership controller, and over twenty years of experience as an auditor, accountant, and 990 preparer for nonprofit organizations and churches, including some comprehensive internal control engagements. Wade obtained a reciprocal CPA license in Texas in 2005. He is a member of the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Wade’s Continuing Professional Education concentrates on improving his nonprofit auditing and accounting skills and knowledge base.

Wade has assisted PTAs with internal control suggestions and served as a board member for over five years with Hearts for Homes, a nonprofit ministry in Denton, Texas, established as a Christian outreach to assist the aging population through housing repair and improvements.

Wade's past leisure activities have included reading, movies, running, tennis, golf, softball, and family activities, as well as mission work, with running, reading, softball and family activities being his current favorite activities.

About Jeffrey E. Collins

Jeff graduated from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX in 2008 and began his career in public accounting with a CPA firm in 2009. He has a passion for nonprofit organizations and understands the essential services they provide the community. Jeff is passionate about sports, and in his free time enjoys playing softball, running, and spending quality time with his children.

Experience

Jeff has extensive experience in audit & assurance, outsource accounting, nonprofit tax issues, and 990 preparation. Throughout his 15 years of auditing experience, he has solely worked on nonprofit accounts. He seeks to leverage his experience and love for nonprofit organizations to raise the quality of accounting procedures at your company.

About Margaret G. Moran

Margaret graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2018 and began her career in the financial services field, working primarily as a researcher, writer and editor. She also has experience with audit work papers. After gaining exposure to many different types of companies through work as well as volunteer activities, she decided to return to college and pursue a Master’s in Accounting. Margaret has earned a Bookkeeping Professional Certificate from Intuit.
